Rest The Case is a legal aggregator and legal tech platform that connects individuals and businesses with reliable legal professionals and provides streamlined digital solutions across the legal ecosystem.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media Client Success Executive to manage and support clients who subscribe to our social media services. The role requires strong coordination skills, constant communication with clients, and the ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of content plans and deliverables.

This position is ideal for someone with experience working in a marketing or digital agency, specifically handling client servicing, social media content workflows, and communication management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the dedicated point of contact for clients after onboarding.
  • Coordinate with the sales team for smooth transition from acquisition to service delivery.
  • Work closely with the content and design teams to manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of posts.
  • Create and manage content calendars for multiple client accounts.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients to share updates, gather inputs, and align on content direction.
  • Coordinate participation in company-led initiatives such as events, digital activities, podcasts, and discussions.
  • Track ongoing deliverables, gather client feedback, and ensure high satisfaction levels.
  • Support retention efforts, renewals, and long-term client relationships.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in client servicing/account management (preferably in a marketing or digital agency).
  • Strong understanding of how social media content processes work.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and relationship-driven.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,414.88 - ₹35,774.86 per month
