What This Role Is About
We want a Social Media & Content Growth Executive who will help us tell the WSL story — building trust, bringing clarity, and driving engagement with students and parents. You'll manage content across TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, create compelling designs like infographics and posts, and work on our push-notification strategy. Your goal: expand our reach, deliver value, and help more students discover WSL’s support in their journey abroad.

Your Responsibilities

• Upload and distribute content (videos, images, infographics) on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
• Develop growth strategies to drive engagement, increase followers, and boost user interaction
• Work closely with Video, Design, and Content teams to brainstorm and execute creative ideas
• Coordinate with internal teams to align content and push-notification campaigns
• Analyze performance data, report on insights, and adjust strategies to optimize engagement
• Assist in designing simple graphics, infographics, and story-based content using tools like Canva

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a similar field
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience working on social media
• Proven track record of managing TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook accounts
• Creative flair: you can ideate viral content, make infographics, and craft visual stories
• Experience with tools like Canva, CapCut, Buffer, MoEngage, Meta Business Suite, and Sendy
• Ability to manage tasks independently, stay organized, and adapt quickly
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to work cross-functionally
