We specialize in building and scaling revenue-generating podcasts for consultants, agencies, and SaaS companies. As we scale globally, we’re seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Social Media to lead internal execution, enhance delivery systems, and drive operational excellence across teams.
Operational Planning & Workflow Management:
- Own and manage work distribution between editors, social media managers and content writers to ensure all client work is delivered in a timely manner.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline post production processes and reduce bottlenecks.
- Build, refine, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for social content planning, review cycles, and publishing systems to optimize efficiency.
Project & Client Delivery Coordination:
- Own high-level content calendars and publishing pipelines across key platforms like YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Spotify, and Apple Podcasts etc.
- Ensure all team members are adhering to strict quality control procedures before providing work to clients
- Monitor campaign performance, analytics dashboards, and team-generated reports to ensure strategic goals are met.
- Oversee client communication is being performed to a high standard and ensure no client messages are missed or unanswered by the team.
Team Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing team of content and social media managers/Podcast Manager, video editors and content writers.
- Conduct performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
- Serve as an escalation point for internal challenges related to timelines, quality, or client expectations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that prioritizes accountability and excellence.
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Prepare and present regular reports on operational performance to CEO and ensure that any major issues are escalated appropriately.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in operations management at a social media firm, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing at least 50 members of staff.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and propose innovative solutions.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and client relationships.
- Proficiency in social media management, SEO, and project management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Core Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end operations pipeline, ensuring all podcast projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client expectations.
- Oversee resource planning, task allocation, and team bandwidth to eliminate bottlenecks and maintain productivity.
- Conduct daily check-ins, lead performance reviews, and enforce accountability through clear KPIs and deliverables.
- Act as the operational point-of-contact for client escalations and oversee quality control of client interactions, particularly with podcasters.
- Collaborate closely with the CEO to align on strategic priorities, team progress, and client success outcomes.
- Develop and enforce SOPs for recurring agency functions, creating replicable systems that support growth and scale.
- Design and implement internal training programs to upskill team members, standardize processes, and maintain consistent quality.
- Monitor department health, analyze gaps, and continuously improve workflows to support profitability and long-term scalability.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
