Social Media Executive

We are seeking a highly creative and energetic Social Media Executive to manage our social media presence and support our digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building brand visibility, creating engaging content, and helping drive online growth across all major platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
• Develop engaging posts, captions, stories, and short videos in coordination with the marketing team.
• Plan, schedule, and maintain a consistent content calendar.
• Monitor comments, messages, and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner.
• Track engagement metrics (reach, impressions, growth) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Assist with digital marketing activities, including:
• Basic SEO updates
• Email marketing support
• Paid promotions and boosted posts
• Stay updated with social media trends, hashtags, and new features to enhance brand presence.
• Coordinate with designers, photographers, and management to execute marketing campaigns.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field (preferred).
• +2 years of experience in social media management.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, email campaigns, paid ads).
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Manager, and other scheduling tools.
• Strong communication skills and creative mindset.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: KD400.000 - KD600.000 per month
