Meta Ads & Google Ads Expert will manage all paid advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Search, Display, and YouTube. The role is responsible for generating high-quality leads for admissions, reducing cost per lead, improving campaign performance, and ensuring maximum ROI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Campaign Setup & Management

● Create, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).

● Run Google Ads campaigns: Search, Display, Discovery, Performance Max, and YouTube.

● Set up conversion tracking, custom audiences, and remarketing.

● Maintain daily budgets and ensure smart spending.

2. Lead Generation & Performance Optimization

● Generate high-quality leads for courses and admissions.

● Monitor CPAs and CPLs and reduce costs using optimization strategies.

● Improve click-through rates (CTR), impression share, and conversions.

● A/B testing of creatives, landing pages, and ad copies.

3. Reporting & Analytics

● Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.

● Analyse campaigns using Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Ads Manager.

● Identify trends, top-performing campaigns, and risk areas.

● Share insights with the marketing and management teams.

4. Keyword & Audience Research

● Conduct keyword research for Google Ads.

● Update negative keywords, placements, and targeting lists.

5. Landing Page Coordination

● Work with the web/SEO team to improve landing page quality.

● Ensure UTM parameters and tracking links are working correctly.

● Improve Quality Score and user experience.

6. Compliance & Quality Check

● Follow Meta and Google ad policies strictly.

● Ensure ads, creatives, and content are approved without issues.

● Prevent account restrictions or disapprovals.

7. Collaboration & Strategy

● Work with content, design, and admissions teams for creative and message planning.

● Plan monthly budgets and admission-focused campaigns.

● Suggest new strategies for conversion and lead quality improvement.

Required Skills

● Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads.

● Experience in lead generation (education sector preferred).

● Good analytical and reporting skills.

● Strong English writing skills.

● Ability to manage high-budget campaigns (50,000–5,00,000 per month).

● Good understanding of tracking, pixels, and conversion events.

● Knowledge of Google Tag Manager, Analytics, and UTM tracking.

Experience

● 2 to 4 years of experience in Meta & Google Ads management.

● Experience in the education industry is a strong plus.

● Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint are preferred.

Salary: 25K to 35K Upto.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,640.59 - ₹33,373.07 per month
