We’re looking for a sharp, proactive social media professional who can manage multiple brands, create meaningful content, and keep things moving fast. This role is perfect for someone who loves food, understands digital storytelling, and can balance creativity with structure.

You’ll work across the Hotaru Holdings portfolio, including brands like Reif Japanese Kushiyaki, Hoe Lee Kow, TERO, SIO, and Kona—each with its own personality, tone, and audience.

What You’ll Do

Content Planning & Execution

  • Develop monthly social media calendars for multiple brands, aligned with brand tone and marketing objectives.
  • Write captions, plan content formats, and schedule posts across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Coordinate with content creators, videographers, and designers to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Manage daily posting, story uploads, and real-time coverage for events or campaigns.
  • Maintain content consistency across all brand pages while adapting voice and visual style per brand.

Community Management

  • Manage DMs, comments, and guest interactions across all platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to reviews on aggregator platforms, escalating to marketing or operations where required.
  • Repost UGC and maintain a consistent, brand-appropriate tone across all interactions.

Campaign & Brand Coordination

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to translate campaign ideas into strong social deliverables.
  • Liaise with operations, reservations, and culinary teams to align content with in-store activities and launches.
  • Ensure social content supports ongoing CRM, loyalty, and emailer campaigns cohesively.
  • Manage influencer collaborations and track coverage deliverables.

Paid & Performance Tracking

  • Support paid ad campaigns by preparing assets (static, carousel, and video formats).
  • Track weekly analytics across reach, engagement, and follower growth for each brand.
  • Compile monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Benchmark Hotaru brands against competitors and identify content trends.

Process & Structure

  • Follow internal marketing processes for approvals, content scheduling, and campaign reporting.
  • Maintain organized content folders, caption banks, and monthly content trackers.
  • Take ownership of assigned brand pages and deliver consistent output with minimal supervision.
  • Support in refining social workflows and SOPs to streamline cross-brand content execution.

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5 years of experience managing brand social media accounts, ideally within hospitality, lifestyle, or F&B.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Meta Business Suite, and basic analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills with a good sense of tone and timing.
  • Comfortable managing multiple brand identities simultaneously.
  • Self-starter with initiative, quick turnaround, and solid follow-through.
  • Flexible to support key brand activities and events outside standard hours when required.
  • Passion for food, storytelling, and building communities through social content.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
