Role Overview
The Social Media Executive is responsible for managing and executing the company’s social media strategy across platforms. This role focuses on creating engaging content, increasing brand visibility, building online communities, and driving traffic and engagement that align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Management
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality posts (images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) for social platforms.
- Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
- Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and influencers to produce compelling content.
2. Social Media Strategy Execution
- Support the execution of social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Implement growth tactics to increase followers, reach, and engagement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes.
3. Community Management
- Monitor comments, messages, and brand mentions, ensuring timely responses.
- Engage with audience and build a loyal online community.
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues where needed.
4. Campaign Execution
- Assist in planning and executing paid and organic social media campaigns.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seasonal or promotional campaigns.
- Support influencer collaborations and UGC (user-generated content) initiatives.
5. Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as reach, engagement, clicks, leads, and conversions.
- Use insights to optimize future content and strategies.
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management.
6. Brand Monitoring
- Monitor competitors’ social media activities and industry trends.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Manage online reputation and report potential PR issues proactively.
Qualifications & RequirementsEducation & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
- Experience in content creation, especially reels and short-form videos, is preferred.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creativity with an eye for design and storytelling.
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) and video editing apps.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret insights and metrics.
- Time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
