Job Title: Social Media Executive

Location: Karachi

Job Description:

We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team at OMALBYKOMAL, a leading textile company specializing in women’s fashion clothing with a strong e-commerce presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Curation:
  • Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
  • Create visually appealing and on-brand content (photos, videos, graphics) for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter.
  • Write compelling captions, posts, and stories that engage and grow our online community.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Manage daily social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and engaging with the audience across all platforms.
  • Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
  • Campaigns & Promotions:
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
  • Work closely with the e-commerce team to promote new collections, product launches, and special offers.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, and Facebook Analytics.
  • Generate regular reports on social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, growth) and provide insights to improve strategy.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Influencer & Brand Collaborations:
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other fashion-related social media personalities to expand brand reach.
  • Manage relationships with brand ambassadors and monitor their content for alignment with brand values.
  • Trend Monitoring:
  • Keep abreast of the latest fashion trends, especially in women’s clothing, to ensure the brand’s social media presence reflects current styles and consumer preferences.
  • Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and position the brand effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industry.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills with a creative flair for storytelling.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is an advantage.
