We are seeking a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to join our team at OMALBYKOMAL, a leading textile company specializing in women’s fashion clothing with a strong e-commerce presence. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, a deep understanding of social media trends, and the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Curation:
- Develop and execute social media content strategies that align with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
- Create visually appealing and on-brand content (photos, videos, graphics) for various social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, and Twitter.
- Write compelling captions, posts, and stories that engage and grow our online community.
- Social Media Management:
- Manage daily social media activities, including posting, scheduling, and engaging with the audience across all platforms.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels.
- Campaigns & Promotions:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, promotions, and contests to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales.
- Work closely with the e-commerce team to promote new collections, product launches, and special offers.
- Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, and Facebook Analytics.
- Generate regular reports on social media metrics (e.g., engagement, reach, growth) and provide insights to improve strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
- Influencer & Brand Collaborations:
- Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and other fashion-related social media personalities to expand brand reach.
- Manage relationships with brand ambassadors and monitor their content for alignment with brand values.
- Trend Monitoring:
- Keep abreast of the latest fashion trends, especially in women’s clothing, to ensure the brand’s social media presence reflects current styles and consumer preferences.
- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and position the brand effectively.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the fashion or e-commerce industry.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and writing skills with a creative flair for storytelling.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fashion and a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce is an advantage.
