Job Summary

Joga Ram Group of Companies is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive to enhance our digital presence and produce visually compelling content. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in social media management along with hands-on skills in graphic design.

We are an established and diversified group in the UAE with operations across interior design, joinery, building materials trading, premium veneer sheet manufacturing, and a growing real estate division. The selected candidate will play a key role in representing these brands online through engaging, high-quality digital content.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across all social media platforms.
• Manage daily operations of social media handles including posting, responding to comments/messages, and monitoring engagement.
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with brand objectives.
• Track performance metrics, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for better reach and engagement.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices.

Graphic Design

• Create visually appealing graphics, banners, posters, reels, and promotional material for social media and marketing campaigns.
• Design creatives aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for events, announcements, and brand campaigns.

Content & Strategy

• Brainstorm and develop fresh ideas to boost brand visibility and online presence.
• Assist in planning and executing paid social media campaigns if required.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and create relevant content.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
• Strong graphic design skills with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic video editing skills (preferred but not mandatory).

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field (preferred).
• 3 – 5 years of experience in social media management and graphic design.
