We are looking for a creative, proactive, and strategy-driven Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of experience in managing brand presence across digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content planning, trend analysis, social media management, and campaign execution, with the ability to create engaging content that aligns with Inkcast’s brand voice.
- Develop and manage monthly social media calendars for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand guidelines
- Monitor trends and integrate them into the brand’s content strategy
- Write compelling copy for posts, captions, and short-form content
- Coordinate with the design and video teams to execute planned creatives
- Analyse platform insights and prepare performance reports
- Engage with the online community through comments, messages, and interactions
- Plan and execute small-scale social media campaigns and collaborations
- Assist in shooting behind-the-scenes content, office updates, and culture videos when needed
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all platforms
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube analytics & algorithms
- Ability to ideate and execute content independently
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva or Adobe Suite preferred)
- Good communication and copywriting skills
- Familiarity with trends, content formats, and social storytelling
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
