Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of content creation, community engagement, performance analytics, and the latest digital trends.

We are a Digital Partner for Educational Institutes, including International Schools, Colleges, Campuses, and Universities. Our major activities include: Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, Branding, Public Relations, Influencer Engagements & PR, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Admission Marketing, Reputation Management, Powerful Video Stories & Maximizing Event Success.

Key Responsibilities:Content & Social Media Management

  • Make and post content on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Develop, curate, and schedule engaging content across all platforms.
  • Plan monthly posts and content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
  • Work with designers, copywriters, and video editors to create high-quality, on-brand content.
  • Cover events at schools, colleges, and campuses for real-time social media updates.

Community Management

  • Monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, and audience interactions promptly.
  • Maintain a positive brand presence across all digital platforms.

Performance Tracking & Trend Analysis

  • Check social media performance and track key metrics such as reach, engagement, follower growth, and conversions.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with useful insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated with new trends, algorithm changes, and viral content opportunities.
  • Monitor competitor activity and suggest growth opportunities.

Campaign & Brand Support

  • Support product launches, events, and marketing campaigns through effective social media posts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams during campaigns and promotions.
  • Manage paid promotions and boosted posts when required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in a social media role (freshers with strong skills may apply).
  • Proficiency in tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, etc.
  • Strong understanding of social media algorithms, KPIs, and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of video editing tools (InShot, VN, CapCut, Clipchamp, etc.).

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in creating Instagram Reels, Stories, and trending formats.
  • Familiarity with influencer collaborations and UGC content.
  • Ability to handle multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlines.
  • Google Ads or Meta Ads certification is a plus.

Schedule: Day Shift
Office Time:- 10 to 7
Saturday - Half day

Work Location: In person (Mulund, Thane)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
