Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage and grow Tribeca Care’s social media presence. This role is ideal for freshers who are passionate about content, storytelling, and social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day posting on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube

• Create basic creatives using Canva (posts, stories, reels covers)

• Write engaging captions aligned with the senior care audience

• Assist in planning monthly social media content calendars

• Coordinate with internal teams for photos, videos, and updates

• Monitor comments, messages, and respond on time

• Track basic performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement)

• Support social media campaigns and brand initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms

• Working knowledge of Canva (design basics)

• Good written communication skills (English; Bengali preferred)

• Creative mindset with attention to detail

• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
