Social Media Executive

Position Overview:
Shamojee is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our online presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will create engaging content related to furniture, home décor, fabric collections, and interior styling—while growing brand visibility and generating quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, schedule, and manage content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and other platforms.
• Develop creative posts, reels, short videos, and stories showcasing products, designs, and furnishing concepts.
• Monitor industry trends, influencer content, décor aesthetics, and competitor activities.
• Manage social media calendars and ensure consistent brand communication.
• Write engaging captions, product descriptions, and campaign messages.
• Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and DMs professionally and promptly.
• Coordinate with the design, sales & marketing teams to run promotional campaigns.
• Optimize content for reach, engagement, and lead generation.
• Track performance analytics and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Assist in basic photography, videography, and content shoots for new products.

Education & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Mass Communication, Design, or any relevant field.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media handling (furnishing/home décor experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media trends, aesthetics, and content formats.
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop, or related editing tools.
• Good communication skills with a creative mindset.
