Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and grow Solino Home’s social media presence. The ideal candidate should have a strong visual sense, an understanding of home décor aesthetics, and the ability to create engaging content aligned with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and execute content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube

• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand campaigns and product launches

• Create engaging reels, stories, static posts, and carousel content

• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and short-form copy

• Coordinate with photography, visual merchandising, and marketing teams

• Manage posting schedules and ensure timely uploads

• Engage with followers by responding to comments and messages

• Track performance metrics and prepare regular social media reports

• Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates

• Support influencer collaborations and brand campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Executive (home décor/textile/fashion preferred)

• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and aesthetics

• Hands-on experience with Instagram Reels and Stories

• Basic design knowledge (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)

• Understanding of social media analytics

• Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with D2C or e-commerce brands

• Knowledge of Shopify and Meta Business Suite

• Basic video editing skills

• Experience handling influencers or creators
