Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow brand presence across social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos, polls) aligned with brand voice and campaigns
- Collaborate with design and content teams to produce high-quality creatives and copy
- Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to keep brand communication fresh and relevant
- Engage with community through comments, DMs, and interactive formats to boost reach and retention
- Track performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) and generate reports with actionable insights
Ideal Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a creative agency or design-driven environment
- Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and audience behavior
- Experience with social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics (Instagram Insights, Google Analytics)
- Creative copywriting and storytelling ability; flair for visuals is a plus
- Knowledge of paid media campaigns and influencer collaborations is an advantage
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts and campaigns simultaneously
