IBSTEC is seeking a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Social Media Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing paid campaigns across multiple digital platforms and a strong passion for data-driven marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Google, LinkedIn and TikTok.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for maximum ROI and efficiency.
- Conduct market research and audience analysis to identify trends, insights, and growth opportunities.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content such as posts, stories, and ad creatives across platforms.
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable insights.
- Collaborate closely with design and content teams to produce high-performing creatives.
- Stay up to date with platform algorithms, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media marketing and paid performance campaigns.
- Proven expertise with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and other digital advertising tools.
- Strong understanding of analytics, pixel tracking, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
