Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Social Media Executive who can plan, create, manage, and optimize social media content across platforms to drive engagement, brand awareness, and leads for our clients.

Key Responsibilities: Content & Posting

• Plan monthly social media content calendars
• Create engaging captions, hashtags, and post ideas
• Coordinate with designers & video editors for creatives
• Publish posts on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn

Community Management

• Respond to comments, DMs, and inquiries promptly
• Engage with followers to build brand trust
• Monitor brand mentions and online reputation

Performance Tracking

• Track daily, weekly & monthly performance metrics
• Prepare basic performance reports (Reach, Engagement, Leads)
• Analyze what content works and suggest improvements

Campaign Support

• Executing paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads & google Ads)
• Support lead-generation and promotional campaigns

Client Coordination

• Understand client goals & brand tone
• Share content for approvals and incorporate feedback
• Maintain posting consistency as per agreed timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in social media handling
• Strong knowledge of Google, Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
• Good command of English & basic copywriting
• Understanding of hashtags, trends & reels formats
• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite
• Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously

Good to Have

• Canva or basic design knowledge
• Reels / short-video content ideas
• Understanding of analytics & insights
• Experience with agency or client-handling environment
