Socionaut Media is looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive who wants to work on real brands, real campaigns, and real growth, not just theoretical learning.

This role is ideal for freshers or early-career candidates seeking hands-on industry exposure and long-term growth.

What You’ll Be Doing

Content Planning & Strategy

• Create monthly content calendars
• Plan content themes, campaigns, and creative ideas
• Research trends, competitors, and audience behavior

Content Creation & Execution

• Create engaging reels, posts, stories, and carousels
• Write captions, scripts, and social media copy
• Assist in shoots and creative execution
• Support basic video editing and visual direction

Social Media Management

• Schedule and publish content across platforms
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity
• Monitor daily activity on social media accounts

Engagement & Community Building

• Respond to comments, DMs, and audience queries
• Engage with relevant accounts to improve visibility
• Help build and nurture an online community

Performance & Growth Tracking

• Track reach, engagement, and follower growth
• Analyze what content performs well
• Share insights and improvement suggestions

Trend & Market Research

• Stay updated with trending formats, audios, and platform updates
• Observe and analyze competitor strategies

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with designers, editors, and photographers
• Participate in brainstorming sessions
• Ensure timely and smooth content execution

Who We’re Looking For

• Freshers or candidates with basic social media experience
• Strong interest in content creation and digital marketing
• Good understanding of Instagram and social platforms
• Basic knowledge of Canva or video editing tools (preferred)
• Creative mindset, consistency, and willingness to learn
• Comfortable working from office
