Job Description

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive (Fresher) who is eager to plan shoots, create content, and build social media strategies for our healthcare clients. This role is ideal for someone who wants hands-on exposure to real clients, content planning, and strategic thinking from day one.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating social media strategies for healthcare clients
• Plan and coordinate content shoots (photo & video) at clinics, hospitals, or studios
• Create engaging content ideas such as reels, posts, carousels, and stories
• Write captions that are informative, ethical, and audience-friendly
• Schedule and manage posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and account managers
• Monitor engagement, respond professionally to comments and messages
• Track performance and help optimize content based on insights
• Stay updated on social media trends while ensuring healthcare compliance

What We’re Looking For

• Fresher with a Digital Marketing certification
• Interest in content creation, shooting, and strategy
• Basic understanding of social media platforms and trends
• Comfortable with on-site shoots and coordination
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn healthcare marketing ethics and guidelines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
