Social Media Executive

Job Description:

Fiana Technologies is looking for a creative, proactive, and well-organized Social Media Executive who has a strong understanding of managing and handling social media platforms effectively. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, create, publish, and manage content while maintaining brand consistency and improving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently manage and handle all company social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and posting schedule across platforms
• Promote website content and company updates on social media
• Write clear, engaging captions and basic content in English
• Professionally handle comments, messages, and audience interactions
• Monitor insights, analytics, and engagement to improve performance
• Stay updated with social media trends, formats, and best practices
• Prepare basic weekly/monthly performance reports

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of how to properly manage social media handles
• Good understanding of major social media platforms and trends
• Basic content writing skills in English
• Creative mindset with consistency in work
• Ability to plan content and manage posting schedules
• Knowledge of Canva or basic designing tools is a plus
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
