Polka Tots is a leading baby products brand, committed to creating safe, comfortable, and innovative solutions for parents and their little ones. We’re seeking a creative Social Media Executive to join Polka Tots and help grow our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

● Planning: is a key responsibility of a Social Media Executive, involving the development of strategic content calendars and campaigns that align with business goals. This ensures timely, consistent, and effective engagement across social media platforms.

● Social Media Strategy: Plan and execute the social media calendar in alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand goals.

● Content Creation & Curation: Develop and execute engaging, creative, and high-quality content across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)

● Marketing: Email and Whatsapp Marketing Knowledge

● Community Engagement: Actively engage with our online community by responding to comments, and direct messages, and engaging with influencers, customers, and followers.

● Analytics & Reporting: Monitor social media performance, analyze metrics (likes, shares, engagement, reach), and provide regular reports with insights for continuous improvement.

● Campaigns & Collaborations: Support and manage Celebrity, Doctor/Mom influencer collaborations, B2B tie-ups, contests, giveaways, and promotional campaigns.

● Trends Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, tools, platforms, and best practices to ensure content stays fresh and relevant.

Skills & Qualifications:

● Proven experience in managing social media for a brand (preferably within baby/kids, lifestyle, or e-commerce industries).

● Excellent written communication skills with a creative flair.

● Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.) and their respective best practices.

● Graphic design skills (knowledge of Canva, Adobe Spark, or similar tools) are a plus.

● Knowledge of basic photography/videography techniques is advantageous.

● Ability to multi-task, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
