Overview:
As the
Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for developing and implementing
our school's social media strategy across various platforms, with a primary
focus on creativity, content quality, community engagement, competitor analysis
of organic content, social listening, and utilizing AI/new-age tools for data
analysis and content creation. Your role is pivotal in maintaining and
enhancing our school's reputation and online visibility.
Key
Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy:
Develop and execute a comprehensive social
media strategy to promote the school's values, programs, and
achievements.
Stay updated on the latest social media
trends, algorithms, and emerging platforms.
Content Creation:
Create engaging, high-quality content,
including written posts, graphics, videos, and other multimedia elements,
that align with the school's brand and messaging.
Write and edit content natively in English,
ensuring flawless grammar, style, and creativity.
Cover school events across the year for
posting on social media channels
Community Engagement:
Foster and maintain an active online
community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely
and professional manner.
Implement strategies to boost user engagement
and interaction.
Competitor Analysis:
Conduct regular analysis of competitor's
organic content to identify trends, strengths, and weaknesses.
Use insights to refine our content strategy
and maintain a competitive edge.
Social Listening:
Monitor online conversations and sentiments
related to the school and the education sector.
Gather insights from social listening to
guide content creation, engagement strategies, and issue resolution.
AI Tools Expertise:
Utilize AI tools for data analysis to gain
insights into social media performance and audience behavior.
Implement AI-driven strategies for content
scheduling and optimization.
Campaign Management:
Plan and execute social media campaigns to
support admissions, events, and other school initiatives in collaboration
with the Digital Head and Marketing Manager.
Monitor and analyze the performance of
campaigns and make data-driven adjustments as needed in collaboration
with the Digital Head and Marketing Manager.
Analytics and Reporting:
Monitor key social media KPIs and provide
regular reports on the performance of various platforms.
Use analytics and insights from AI tools to
make recommendations for continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing,
Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive,
preferably in the education sector.
Exceptional writing skills and the ability to
create compelling, creative, and error-free content in English.
Proficiency in using social media management
tools, analytics platforms, social listening tools, and AI tools.
Strong project management skills and the
ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Knowledge of UAE's cultural and educational
landscape is a plus.
UAE Driver's license is a plus
