Job Overview
As a Social Media Executive, you will play a pivotal role in strengthening our brand’s online presence and driving meaningful engagement across digital platforms. We are seeking a seasoned professional with strong expertise in ideation, content research, writing, and social media strategy, along with proven experience working with lifestyle, retail, or D2C brands.
This role requires a balance of creativity and performance-driven thinking, with a strong focus on content execution, community engagement, analytics, and cross-team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
Create, curate, and manage high-quality, engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter (X), and LinkedIn.
Conduct content research and ideation aligned with lifestyle trends, brand tone, and audience behavior.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools to identify trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure social media initiatives align with overall business and marketing objectives.
Stay up to date with emerging social media trends, platform updates, tools, and best practices.
Manage community engagement, customer interactions, and brand communication across social channels.
Support customer success, account management, or strategic consulting initiatives within a digital or e-commerce environment.
Maintain clear and professional communication with internal stakeholders and external partners.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of hands-on experience in social media management, primarily working with lifestyle, retail, or D2C brands.
Strong background in social media optimization (SMO), social media marketing (SMM), social branding, and content marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong creative and storytelling ability.
Metrics-driven mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights while maintaining creative excellence.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service in dynamic and evolving environments.
Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
Self-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to drive customer loyalty and brand adoption.
Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.
Proficiency in social media management, scheduling, and analytics tools.
In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Ability to think strategically and execute with strong attention to detail.
Comfortable working under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment.
