Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:

Assist in creating and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily that aligns with our brand's tone and objectives.

Monitor social media platforms for trends, conversations, and mentions related to our industry, products, and services.

Engage with followers, respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling campaigns and promotions.

Analyze social media insights and performance metrics to refine strategies and measure success.

Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to suggest innovative ideas.

Identify opportunities to grow our follower base and increase audience engagement.

Assist in managing and scheduling posts using social media management tools.

Support in organizing and executing online events, giveaways, and contests.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven experience in managing and growing social media platforms for a brand or company.

Strong understanding of various social media platforms, their features, and audience preferences.

Excellent written communication skills with an eye for detail.

Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content ideas.

Proficiency in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to fast-paced environments.

Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing is a plus.

Familiarity with SEO principles and content marketing strategies is advantageous.
