Social Media Executive

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Media Executive located in Islamabad. The Social Media Executive will be responsible for planning and executing social media strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing social media platforms (SMO). Daily tasks include content creation, monitoring performance metrics, and ensuring effective communication across all platforms. The role requires strong creativity to elevate the company’s social media presence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Management

Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals.

• Manage multiple social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Schedule and publish posts using tools such as Buffer and Meta Business Suite.

Content Creation (Photo & Video)

• Appear on camera to create engaging video content.
• Script, film, and edit high-quality videos for Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
• Capture professional-grade photos and videos of, events, and activities.
• Design visually appealing posts, carousels, and stories using Canva and similar tools.
• Create birthday, work anniversary, and milestones.

Design & Creativity

• Design social media creatives using Canva, Adobe premiere pro, or similar tools.
• Create carousel posts and short-form videos (Reels/Shorts).
• Stay updated with social media trends and generate fresh content ideas.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identity.

Analytics & Optimization

• Monitor basic social media analytics and performance.
• Track engagement, reach, and trends to improve content performance.

Requirements:

• Canva
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Meta Business Suite
• Buffer or a similar scheduling tool

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 per month
