Job Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Plan monthly content calendars and campaign strategies
• Create engaging captions, post ideas, and reel concepts
• Coordinate with designers and video editors for content execution
• Monitor trends and competitor activities
• Run and optimize paid ads (Meta preferred)
• Track performance metrics and share monthly reports
• Handle audience engagement (comments, DMs)

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in social media management
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager
• Good communication and content writing skills
• Creative mindset with analytical thinking
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
