Social Media Executive

Craftech Digital is Hiring: Sr. Social Media Executive

Responsibilities:

- Create unique and engaging social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals for diverse portfolio of brands.

- Monitor and analyze the social media presence of competing brands to identify trends, opportunities, and potential threats.

- Determine ideal social media platforms for effective targeting for maximum impact.

- Plan and manage overall social media related resources effectively in terms of content creation, advertising, and any other initiatives.

- Monitoring and analyzing social media performance using relevant metrics (e.g., engagement rate, reach, impressions, website clicks, conversions).

- Create quarterly reports on social media performances, highlighting failures and areas for improvement to provide insights to stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in social media management or digital marketing.

- In-depth understanding and practical experience managing content and campaigns on major platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and other emerging platforms.

- Staying up-to-date with platform policies, algorithm changes, and best practices across aforementioned social media platforms.

Other Details:

Work Timings: 9pm – 6am (Night), On-Site Only

Location: DHA Phase VII, Karachi
