Social Media Executive

Overview:

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-focused Social Media Executive to manage and grow Kovalent Coatings presence across digital platforms through engaging, brand-aligned content.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create relatable, brand-relevant content aligned with Kovalent Coatings’ products and identity
• Develop fresh ideas for posts, reels, stories, carousels, and videos
• Plan and prepare the monthly content calendar in advance
• Publish and manage content across platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Write engaging captions, headlines, and basic marketing copy
• Ensure consistency in brand tone, visuals, and messaging
• Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, and algorithm updates
• Monitor competitor and industry content for insights
• Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and replies
• Respond to basic customer inquiries professionally
• Coordinate with design/marketing teams for creatives and assets
• Take ownership of preparing and posting content on schedule
• Track basic KPIs such as reach, engagement, CTR, and follower growth
• Assist in preparing monthly performance reports
• Suggest improvements based on analytics and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
• Creative thinking with a good sense of visual storytelling
• Basic understanding of social media KPIs and metrics
• Good written communication and caption-writing skills
• Ability to manage deadlines and content schedules
• Proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
