Social Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Executive to manage day-to-day social media activities, create engaging content, and support digital marketing campaigns. The candidate should help increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation through social platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
• Create engaging posts, captions, reels, and stories
• Plan and schedule content as per monthly calendar
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries
• Coordinate with designers for creatives
• Assist in running paid ads campaigns (Meta Ads preferred)
• Monitor trends and competitor activities
• Track engagement metrics and prepare basic reports
• Generate leads through social media promotions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or related field
• 0–2 years experience in social media or digital marketing
• Freshers with strong knowledge can also apply
• Good communication skills (English required, Hindi added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of Canva, video editing, and content creation
• Understanding of Instagram & Facebook algorithms
