Social Media Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and talented Social Media Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing engaging posts on Canva for our social media handles, including banners, YouTube thumbnails, and blog images. The successful candidate will post regularly on various social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and visually appealing brand presence. Both experienced professionals and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Create visually appealing posts on Canva for various social media platforms, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.

2.Schedule and post content regularly on our social media handles, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Emails, and others.

3.Design banners for social media profiles, events, and campaigns using Canva.

4.Create eye-catching thumbnails for our YouTube videos to attract viewers and increase click-through rates.

5.Design images and graphics for blog posts to enhance visual appeal and engagement.

6.Work closely with the marketing and content teams to understand design requirements and deliver high-quality visuals.

7.Keep up with the latest design trends, social media best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve our social media presence.

8.Analyze the performance of social media designs and make necessary adjustments to improve engagement and reach.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

1.Bachelor’s degree in a related or any field.

2. Prior experience in social media design with a portfolio showcasing proven work experience. Fresh graduates with design skills are also encouraged to apply.

3. Proficient in Canva and other design tools.

4. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their design requirements.

5. Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh and engaging ideas.

6. Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
