Are you a social media native who can spot a trend before it goes viral? Do you geek out over engagement metrics and beautiful content calendars? We’re looking for a Social Media Executive to own our daily social presence, from crafting captivating captions to analyzing campaign performance. You’ll be the driving force behind our channels (think Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X), turning followers into brand advocates.
What You’ll Do:

Content Creation & Curation:
Develop, schedule, and publish original, high-quality content (graphics, videos, Reels, Stories, posts) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.

Community Management:
Be the first point of contact for our community. Respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely, authentic, and on-brand manner.

Strategy & Planning:
Assist in executing the social media strategy and content calendar to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Analytics & Reporting:
Track, measure, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, growth, ROI) weekly/monthly. Use insights to optimize future content and strategies.

Trendspotting:
Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to keep our brand relevant and innovative.

Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, design, and sales teams to ensure a cohesive brand message across all channels and support campaign launches.
What We’re Looking For:

Experience:
1-3 years of hands-on experience managing social media for a brand or agency. A portfolio of past work/successful campaigns is a must.

Platform Proficiency:
Deep understanding of major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter/X) and their best practices.

Skills:

Excellent writing and communication skills.

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Basic video editing skills for Reels/Short-form content.

Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).

Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data.

Creative, proactive, highly organized, and genuinely passionate about the power of social media to build brands.
Bonus Points If You Have:
