Role Description


The Social Media Executive at Untitled is not just a content poster. This role is responsible for translating brand strategy into consistent, disciplined, and performance-driven digital execution. The Social Media Executive ensures that every post, caption, reel, and interaction reflects the brand’s positioning, tone, and cultural relevance.


This role requires operational precision, aesthetic sensitivity, cultural awareness, and speed.



1. Content Planning & Execution


  • Develop monthly content calendars aligned with campaign strategy
  • Translate marketing plans into structured weekly posting schedules
  • Coordinate content requirements with design, production, and copy teams
  • Ensure content is delivered and scheduled on time without delays



2. Platform Management


  • Manage Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other assigned platforms
  • Schedule posts using approved tools
  • Maintain highlight structure, grid consistency, and visual discipline
  • Ensure bio, pinned posts, and profile structure reflect current campaigns



3. Community Management


  • Monitor DMs and comments daily
  • Respond in brand tone (English + Emirati Arabic when required)
  • Escalate sensitive or strategic inquiries to management
  • Identify recurring questions, insights, and audience behavior patterns




4. Performance Tracking & Reporting


  • Track weekly and monthly KPIs:

  • Engagement rate
  • Reach & impressions
  • Saves & shares
  • Follower growth
  • Reel watch time
  • Prepare structured monthly performance reports
  • Provide insights (not just numbers)
  • Recommend optimizations




5. Campaign Support


  • Support launch phases (teasers, countdowns, hero drop, follow-ups)
  • Coordinate with production team for shoot coverage
  • Handle ad-hoc coverage when required (2–3 day notice readiness)
  • Assist in influencer coordination when needed




6. Brand Alignment


  • Ensure tone of voice is consistent with Untitled’s positioning:

  • Philosophical yet grounded
  • Culturally aware
  • Strategic, not trendy
  • Avoid generic captions or cliché content
  • Maintain narrative continuity across posts




KPI Framework (Quarterly Measurable Indicators)


  • 100% on-time content delivery
  • 0 missed publishing deadlines
  • Minimum engagement rate benchmark (to be defined per account)
  • Monthly follower growth target
  • Report submission by the 3rd of every month
  • Response time to DMs under 2 hours during working hours
  • Zero repeated feedback on brand tone inconsistency




Required Skills


  • 2–4 years experience in social media management
  • Strong understanding of Instagram & TikTok algorithms
  • Fluent in English + strong Emirati Arabic writing preferred
  • Experience in campaign rollout execution
  • Basic understanding of paid ads structure
  • Ability to work under structured KPI system
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong time management
