Key Responsibilities

Plan, manage, and grow the company's presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)

Develop and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and business objectives

Create, schedule, and publish engaging posts, reels, stories, and short-form video content

Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions — respond promptly to maintain brand voice

Track and analyze social media metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, CTR) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports

Stay updated on platform trends, algorithm changes, and emerging content formats

Write compelling captions, scripts, and copy that reflect the brand's tone and voice

Collaborate with designers or create basic visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Express

Develop content ideas rooted in trends, audience insights, and campaign goals
-
Repurpose content across platforms for maximum reach and consistency

Assist in running paid social media campaigns via Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Ads

Support influencer outreach and coordination for brand collaborations

Coordinate with internal teams to align social media activity with broader marketing efforts

Contribute ideas for contests, giveaways, and engagement-driving activations
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field

Less than 1 year of experience in social media management (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)

Basic understanding of major social media platforms and how they work

Strong written communication skills in English (Urdu is a plus)

Familiarity with Canva or basic graphic design tools
