Social Media Executive

Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to manage our online presence and drive engagement across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, creating engaging posts, and analyzing performance to improve brand visibility.

Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals

* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms

* Manage daily social media activities (comments, messages, and inquiries)

* Monitor social media trends and competitor activity

* Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Instagram, etc.)

* Track and analyze performance metrics and prepare reports

* Collaborate with marketing and design teams

* Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

* Strong knowledge of social media platforms and tools

* Basic understanding of paid advertising (Meta Ads preferred)

* Excellent communication and writing skills

* Creative mindset with attention to detail

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Qualification:

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)

* 1–3 years of experience in social media management

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
