Job Purpose :
To enhance social media presence by building awareness of our brands and ensuring consideration is high.
The Social Media Executive will develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy, create engaging content, and foster community engagement across various platforms. They will be creative and possess the skills to allow various implementations of creative assets.
They will track and analyze campaign performance, stay current with social media trends, and collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content for SEO and user engagement. This role requires excellent multitasking skills, a deep understanding of social media platforms, and the ability to build strong online communities.
Key Tasks :
- Create a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with business goals.
- Plan and execute campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily across various platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce multimedia content.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries and comments.
- Foster community engagement by interacting with followers and building relationships.
- Track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Report on key metrics and provide insights for campaign optimization.
- Stay up-to-date with current social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Implement new features and strategies to enhance social media presence.
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Optimize content for search engines and user engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure content is informative and appealing.
- Coordinate with other departments to support their social media needs and ensure brand consistency.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management (preferably automotive, retail, or luxury brands)
- Fluent in both English and Arabic ( Spoken and Written)
- Proven experience in social media management or Strategy and content development
- Experience handling multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn)
- Ability to translate technical automotive info into simple, engaging content
- Time management & ability to handle multiple campaigns
