We're looking for a highly creative, trend-obsessed, and execution-focused Social Media Executive who understands Gen Z internet culture, social storytelling, and fast-moving content trends, someone who knows how to translate trending moments into content that feels authentic to PRYPCO. This role is perfect for someone who lives online, thinks in content formats, and knows how to turn everyday moments into engaging digital experiences.
Role Summary
We are seeking a proactive and culturally aware Social Media Executive to manage and execute PRYPCO's day-to-day social media presence across multiple platforms.

You'll work closely with the marketing and creative teams to bring PRYPCO's brand voice to life through engaging, relatable, and high-performing social content.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management

Manage daily posting, scheduling, and publishing across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and other emerging platforms

Stay ahead of social trends, viral formats, memes, platform updates, and creator culture

Monitor competitor activity and identify new engagement opportunities

Manage community engagement, including comments, reposts, and audience interactions
Content Execution & Creation

Pitch fresh social content ideas that are culturally relevant and trend-driven

Capture and create behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, office culture, and event content

Support content shoots and execute quick-turnaround social content

Edit and execute short-form, social-first content optimised for TikTok, trends, viral moments, and platform culture

Use AI tools to support content ideation, scripting, editing, research, and workflow efficiency

Contribute ideas that strengthen PRYPCO's relevance with younger digital audiences
Requirements

1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital content, or creator/influencer marketing

Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, Reddit, and Gen Z social behaviour

Skilled in content creation tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar
-
Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Manus, Veed, or similar tools for content creation and productivity

Comfortable filming, editing, and creating fast-paced social content

Fluent in both English and Arabic, with strong communication and community engagement skills preferred

Ability to self-manage and thrive in a fast-moving environment

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
