Social Media Executive

SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVE

Type of contract: Full Time

Reports to: Senior Digital Communications Manager


ABOUT THE ROLE

As part of the social acceleration and brand elevation strategy, the Social Media Executive will contribute to the development and execution of performing content across social platforms, manage and enhance Parfums de Marly’s social presence and community engagement.

Reporting to the Senior Digital Communications Manager and working closely with the Content and Digital teams, the Social Media Executive will ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling and tone of voice, aligned with the overall communications strategy.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about luxury branding, storytelling, community engagement, with a keen eye for aesthetics and trends.


KEY RESPONSABILITIES

  • Support the implementation of social media strategies in line with brand objectives
  • Contribute to the editorial planning across all social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube…)
  • Manage community engagement and moderation across all existing social channels, and support the launch and development of new platforms
  • Coordinate with the TikTok creative agency to ensure timely and on-brand content delivery
  • Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices to optimize reach, engagement, and performance
  • Collaborate closely with the Content team to proactively propose innovative and engaging ideas
  • Define editorial concepts for brand-led communications
  • Develop creative briefs for dedicated social content
  • Support broader digital editorial needs to ensure a consistent and cohesive brand voice across all touchpoints


PROFILE & COMPETENCIES

  • Education level: Master’s degree (Marketing, Communications…)
  • 1-3 years’ experience in social media management, preferably in luxury/beauty/fragrances (including internships and apprenticeships)
  • Native French speaker, bilingual in English
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, digital trends, and analytics tools
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
  • Great sense of storytelling with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics
  • Deep understanding of the luxury market
  • Creative & innovative mindset
  • Strong team player/spirit
  • Excellent organizational skills, rigorous
  • Flexibility and ability to work autonomously on a variety of projects
