Salary Range: PKR 40,000 – 80,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience and skills)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in social media management, content planning, and content scheduling across multiple platforms. This role requires excellent English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the confidence to collaborate effectively with management and creative teams.

Candidates with 2+ years of experience in social media management, content planning, or similar roles are encouraged to apply. Candidates with more extensive experience will be highly preferred.

Creating social media strategies

Managing content calendars

Scheduling posts through Meta Business Suite

Scheduling through YouTube Studio

Scheduling through TikTok Studio

Writing captions using AI tools like Claude

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Social Media Management, Content Planning, or a related role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating professionally via Zoom, email, and messaging platforms.
• Proven experience creating content plans for brands, businesses, entrepreneurs, or personal brands.
• Strong understanding of social media content strategy and audience engagement.
• Experience managing content calendars and social media workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite (required).
• Experience using social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, or similar platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with YouTube Studio and TikTok Studio.
• Understanding of short-form content trends and platform best practices.
• Experience working with entrepreneur, business, or personal branding content.
• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools.

Ideal Content Experience

Candidates with experience creating, planning, or managing content in the following formats will be strongly preferred:

• Podcast-style content
• Alex Hormozi-style content and editing formats
• Entrepreneur and personal brand content
• Short-form video content
• Instagram Reels
• TikTok content
• YouTube Shorts

Compensation

• Salary ranges from PKR 40,000 to 80,000 per month, depending on experience,
