Social Media Executive (Candidate Sourcing Focus)

Job Overview

We are looking for a Social Media Executive whose primary responsibility is to source CVs and generate job applicants through social media platforms, online groups, and classified portals. The role focuses on using digital platforms as active recruitment channels while supporting basic content posting and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and collect candidate CVs through Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, LinkedIn, and classified platforms
• Join and actively post job advertisements in relevant Facebook and WhatsApp groups
• Publish recruitment ads on classified websites and community forums
• Coordinate with recruiters to understand current hiring requirements and priority roles
• Respond to candidate inquiries, screen basic details, and share CVs with the recruitment team
• Create and schedule simple recruitment posts (job ads, captions, stories, reels)
• Maintain organized records of sourced CVs and platform performance
• Ensure consistent posting schedule and adherence to company branding

Requirements

• 1 years of experience in social media handling or recruitment sourcing
• Strong knowledge of Facebook groups, WhatsApp groups, and classified job posting
• Ability to generate consistent CV flow through online platforms
• Basic skills in Canva or similar tools for recruitment creatives
• Good communication skills in English
• Organized, proactive, and target-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From QAR3,000.00 per month
