Social Media Executive (Content & Design)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive with a strong focus on both content writing and design. The ideal candidate will manage social media accounts, create engaging content, and design visuals that align with our brand identity. This role requires a storyteller mindset, excellent writing skills, and the ability to extract stories from team members to create compelling posts.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Writing:

• Write clear, professional, and engaging captions, articles, and posts suitable for B2B audiences.
• Ensure flawless English grammar and tone in all written content.
• Interview team members, especially developers, to extract stories and content ideas.
• Plan, draft, and schedule content across social media platforms, ensuring consistency with brand voice.

Design & Visuals:

• Create eye catching social media visuals, banners, and stories using Canva.
• Ensure all visual content aligns with platform specific guidelines and brand aesthetics.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator is a plus for advanced design tasks.

Social Media Management:

• Manage and maintain active LinkedIn, Instagram, or other social media pages.
• Analyze engagement metrics and adjust content strategy accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to support campaigns and promotions.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in social media content creation and design.
• Strong command of English writing with flawless grammar (B2B standard).
• Expert proficiency in Canva; familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator is a plus.
• Strong storytelling skills; comfortable interviewing team members for content.
• Ability to manage multiple social media accounts and meet deadlines.
• Portfolio submission is mandatory (links to active social media pages they currently manage to demonstrate writing style and design aesthetic).

Nice to Have:

• Experience with motion graphics, video editing, or tools like After Effects.
• Knowledge of social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing strategies and campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
