Social Media Executive & Customer Relations

About Us

We are looking for a creative, energetic, and highly organized Social Media Executive to join our team. This role is a unique blend of digital marketing and active customer engagement. You will be the face and voice of our brand across all social platforms, responsible for both growing our community and providing top-tier support to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Management: Manage and maintain all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.), ensuring consistent brand messaging and aesthetics.
  • Content Posting: Execute a daily posting schedule with engaging captions and high-quality visuals.
  • Customer Support & Sales: Proactively handle customer inquiries via direct messages (DMs), comments, and WhatsApp.
  • Direct Engagement: Make outbound calls to customers to confirm orders, answer product questions, or follow up on leads.
  • Relationship Building: Use a friendly, professional, and persuasive "talking style" to engage customers, build rapport, and drive sales.
  • Community Management: Monitor trends and engage in real-time conversations with our audience to increase brand loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a natural ability to talk to people.
  • Social Media Savvy: Strong understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and posting tools.
  • Multitasking: Ability to switch between creative content planning and fast-paced customer support.
  • Sales Mindset: Comfortable making calls and closing sales through chat or over the phone.
  • Reliability: Highly organized with strict attention to detail regarding posting schedules and customer follow-ups.
