Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder who can generate quality leads and secure projects through Upwork. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in bidding, client communication, and converting leads into long-term projects.
This role requires strong communication skills, proposal writing expertise, and the ability to understand client requirements quickly.

Key Responsibilities:
Upwork Bidding & Lead Generation

• Search and identify relevant projects on Upwork daily
• Submit high-quality, customized proposals
• Use effective bidding strategies to win projects
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of leads

Proposal Writing

• Write professional, personalized proposals based on client requirements
• Avoid copy-paste proposals; ensure each bid is unique
• Highlight company strengths and services effectively
• Use persuasive communication to increase response rate

Client Communication

• Handle initial communication with clients
• Respond to messages quickly and professionally
• Understand client requirements and explain services clearly
• Schedule meetings or calls when required

Sales & Conversion

• Convert leads into confirmed projects
• Negotiate pricing and project scope
• Build long-term client relationships
• Maintain a high conversion rate

Reporting

• Maintain daily report of bids submitted
• Track responses, interviews, and conversions
• Provide insights to improve bidding strategy

Requirements & Skills:
Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Upwork bidder
• Proven track record of winning projects on Upwork
• Experience in digital services (SEO, Web Development, Design, etc.) preferred

Skills

• Strong English writing and communication skills
• Excellent proposal writing skills
• Knowledge of Upwork algorithms and bidding strategies
• Ability to understand client needs quickly

Soft Skills

• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Strong negotiation skills
• Time management and consistency
• Ability to work independently

Job Details:

• Job Type: Onsite (Full-time)
• Working Hours: Flexible
• Salary: Fixed + Commission (based on performance)
