Social Media Executive : Female

Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Female Social Media Executive to manage and grow our brand’s presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in content creation, social media trends, community engagement, and digital branding, with a flair for communication and aesthetics.

Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Management:

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (images, videos, reels, stories, and text) across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
• Work closely with the design and marketing teams to develop campaign ideas and creatives.

Community Engagement:

• Respond to comments, DMs, and mentions promptly and professionally.
• Build and manage relationships with followers, influencers, and brand collaborators.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, followers, and conversions.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.

Trend Monitoring:

• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, viral content, and platform updates.
• Suggest innovative ideas and formats to increase reach and engagement.

Collaboration & Coordination:

• Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and content creators for shoots.
• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns, contests, and influencer partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven experience in managing social media for a brand or agency.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and content trends.
• Creative thinking with excellent writing and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with social media tools (Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).
• Comfortable appearing on camera (for reels or stories), if required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
