Social Media Executive (Female)

We are looking for a creative and energetic Female Social Media Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be the voice of our brand across all social channels. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, building online communities, and driving brand awareness. This role is specifically designated for a female candidate to align with the demographic of our target audience and manage community interactions effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Creation: Develop, design, and implement a social media content strategy. Create high-quality visual and written content (graphics, reels, stories, captions) tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • Community Management: Engage with our online community by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive environment for our primarily female audience.
  • Strategy & Execution: Plan and schedule posts using management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite). Ensure content aligns with brand voice, marketing campaigns, and business goals.
  • Influencer Collaboration: Identify and reach out to female influencers and content creators for potential collaborations and brand partnerships.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, meme culture, reels trends, and algorithm changes, and implement them to keep the brand relevant.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide insights for improvement.
  • Photography/Videography: Assist with or conduct basic on-ground photoshoots and video shoots for social media content when required.

Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)

  • Gender: Female (Required, as per company policy/cultural fit for this specific role).
  • Experience: 1-3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
  • Content Skills: Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, or Photoshop) and basic video editing (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro).
  • Writing Skills: Exceptional command of [Language, e.g., English/Hindi] with flawless grammar and the ability to write engaging copy.
  • Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Knowledge of Pinterest or TikTok is a plus.
  • Camera Confidence: Comfortable appearing in front of the camera for Reels or Live sessions if required.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage a content calendar and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or Journalism.
  • Experience working in [Industry, e.g., Fashion/Beauty/Lifestyle].
