Key Responsibilities
- Content Strategy & Creation: Develop and execute content plans, creating platform-specific posts, visuals (graphics, videos, memes) that align with brand voice.
- Community Management: Respond to comments, messages, and build conversations; manage online reputation and customer sentiment.
- Scheduling & Publishing: Use scheduling tools to plan and distribute content at optimal times.
- Performance Analysis: Track key metrics (engagement, reach, ROI) using analytics tools, generating reports for management.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on social media trends, algorithms, and new platforms.
- Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, potentially including paid ads.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
- Skills: Creativity, excellent writing/communication, strategic thinking, SEO knowledge, basic design, time management, customer service.
- Tools: Familiarity with social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, X, LinkedIn), analytics tools (Google Analytics), and scheduling tools.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field often preferred.
