Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Social Media Executive Intern to oversee the company’s social media presence across various platforms. This role requires a creative individual with a passion for engaging audiences, driving brand awareness, and managing content strategies. The Social Media Executive will work closely with the marketing and content teams to plan, create, and execute engaging campaigns aligned with the company’s goals.

Working Days: Monday - Friday
Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation & Curation: Develop, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, video) for all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to align with marketing objectives and increase brand awareness.
- Campaign Management: Manage and execute social media campaigns and daily posts across platforms to engage the audience and promote company initiatives.
- Community Management: Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and maintain a strong presence on all platforms by interacting with users in a timely and professional manner.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze performance metrics such as engagement, reach, impressions, and follower growth to optimize content and strategies. Use insights to adjust social media strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the design, content, and marketing teams to ensure consistency in messaging and visual representation across all platforms.
- Competitor Analysis: Monitor competitor activities and trends in social media, identifying opportunities for engagement and content innovation.
- Trend Research: Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices to incorporate into the company's social media presence.
- Influencer Partnerships: Assist in identifying and managing relationships with influencers and content creators to expand brand reach.
- Social Media Calendar: Maintain and update a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of posts, campaigns, and promotions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, film or a related field.
- Experience: 1 year of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
Skills:
- Proficiency in managing social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter, etc.).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics, Google Analytics).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and aesthetics.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
- Basic understanding of SEO and content optimization is a plus.
