Are you a doer who lives and breathes social media? We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just talk about strategies, but knows how to execute, optimize, and grow.

Our company is on the hunt for a Social Media Manager who can take full ownership of our social media presence across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.). This is not a junior role or a part-time consulting gig. We need someone who understands the algorithms, knows what content performs, and can consistently grow our online presence organically.

Responsibilities:

• Build and manage content calendars for all platforms
• Create, post, and monitor engaging content tailored to each platform
• Optimize performance based on platform algorithms and real-time analytics
• Respond to DMs, comments, and community interactions with brand voice
• Manage influencer collaborations, brand partnerships, and user-generated content
• Provide regular performance reports with actionable insights
• Stay on top of social trends and apply them quickly and creatively
• Run occasional ad campaigns to support organic efforts (if needed)

Requirements:

• Proven experience growing social media accounts organically
• Strong understanding of current and emerging social media trends
• Excellent content creation skills (visual + written)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience

Bonus:

• Knowledge of the UAE (Dubai) market and consumer behavior is a BIG plus
