About the Role

  • We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Executive/Manager who is passionate about storytelling, content creation, and building meaningful brand engagement across digital platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who can conceptualize strong content ideas, plan campaigns, and manage consistent, high-quality posting that aligns with the brand’s identity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Plan monthly content calendars, ensuring balance between product highlights, lifestyle content, and engagement-driven posts.
  • Create, brief, or oversee the creation of visual and video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop creative campaign concepts for seasonal promotions, launches, and special events.
  • Write engaging, brand-aligned captions and copy that strengthen brand voice.
  • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce visually appealing content.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitor strategies, and emerging formats to keep content fresh and relevant.
  • Maintain posting consistency, brand tone, and quality across all platforms.
  • Track engagement metrics to assess performance and optimize future content direction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or Social Media Manager.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, storytelling, and audience engagement.
  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Experience using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite for content creation.
  • Basic understanding of social media analytics and insights.
  • Highly creative, organized, and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Experience managing multiple brand accounts or working in an agency environment.
  • Familiarity with short-form video content trends (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts).
