The Reality Check: Are you a creative hustler who knows how to design a scroll-stopping post on Canva and put money behind it using Meta Ads? Most local agencies will work you into the ground for local clients with zero budget. We offer a different path. ABS International is hiring a Social Media Executive to take full command of our US brand presence.

This is a Launchpad Role. We are offering a strict starting base of PKR 50,000/month. In exchange, we are handing you the keys to an international brand. You will build a world-class portfolio, learn how the US market operates, and run multi-platform campaigns without the toxic micromanagement of a local agency.

The "Creative Hustler" Deal:

• Salary: Up to PKR 50,000 / month (Fixed).
• The Exposure: You aren't working for local shops. You are the digital face of a 16-year-old US business.
• The Autonomy: You own the content calendar. You design, you post, you analyze.

Your Mission:

• Design: Use Canva (Pro) to design clean, high-converting graphics, carousels, and stories. (If you are a Canva master, you don't need Photoshop).
• Distribute: Manage daily organic posting across Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and Reddit.
• Amplify: Launch, monitor, and optimize paid Meta Ads to drive targeted US traffic.
• Engage: Understand the unique voice of each platform (e.g., professional on LinkedIn, community-driven on Reddit).

Who This Is For:

• The Canva Wizard: You can turn a blank Canva canvas into a professional brand asset in 15 minutes.
• The Media Buyer: You understand the Meta Ads Manager (Targeting, CBO, Pixel basics).
• The Social Native: You actually use Reddit, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, and you understand their cultures.
