Smart Brains BPO is looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Executive to manage, create, and optimize digital content for our brand across multiple platforms. This role requires hands-on expertise in video creation, reels editing, and paid social media advertising.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow company social media accounts across relevant platforms
- Create, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos and reels
- Plan and execute engaging content aligned with brand objectives
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports
- Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithms
- Coordinate with HR and marketing teams for recruitment and promotional campaigns
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Proven proficiency in reels editing and short-form video creation
- Ability to independently shoot high-quality videos (mobile or camera)
- Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid campaigns
- Good English communication and content understanding
- Ability to work night shift in an onsite office environment
