Social Media Executive- Night Shift

Smart Brains BPO is looking for a skilled and creative Social Media Executive to manage, create, and optimize digital content for our brand across multiple platforms. This role requires hands-on expertise in video creation, reels editing, and paid social media advertising.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow company social media accounts across relevant platforms
• Create, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form videos and reels
• Plan and execute engaging content aligned with brand objectives
• Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare basic reports
• Stay updated with social media trends and platform algorithms
• Coordinate with HR and marketing teams for recruitment and promotional campaigns

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Proven proficiency in reels editing and short-form video creation
• Ability to independently shoot high-quality videos (mobile or camera)
• Practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and paid campaigns
• Good English communication and content understanding
• Ability to work night shift in an onsite office environment
